Somewhere between the details and the big picture.
I organize product information, write practical documentation, and test whether websites and software work the way people need them to.
At 10X TEK, my work connects content, ecommerce catalogs, employee workflows, and software requirements. I investigate what is missing or inconsistent, document the decisions behind a change, and give clients and technical teams clear information they can act on.
Website copy, product information, FAQs, service pages, and content structures. I research unfamiliar subjects, clarify missing information with stakeholders, and organize material around what the reader needs to understand or do next.
Vendor assortment research, catalog reconciliation, product entry, categories, filters, variants, brands, SKUs, imagery, and bundles. I check which products a business offers, whether those products are represented accurately online, and how shoppers find them.
Employee guides, workflow documentation, discovery SOPs, and configuration references. I complete tasks firsthand, check the instructions against the system, and explain the rules and exceptions that a new user might otherwise miss.
Manual functional testing and UAT across websites and custom software. I document the affected workflow, observed behavior, expected result, supporting evidence, and retest findings so developers can understand and investigate the issue.
Some client engagements include more than one case study, each focused on a distinct contribution and deliverable. Client names are kept anonymous.
I bring a banking operations background to content, product information, documentation, and QA. At Wells Fargo, I progressed from Teller to Personal Banker and branch operations management, following detailed SOPs, completing required role and compliance training, and applying documented controls in daily work. Years of using internal procedure resources to handle routine tasks, exceptions, and policy changes inform how I now write instructions and test workflows.
At 10X TEK, I apply that discipline to digital products and customer experiences. I’m comfortable moving between a detailed product record, an employee workflow, and the broader business need, then explaining the connection clearly to the people responsible for the next step.
Business Administration / International Business Management coursework, 2018–2020. Approximately two years of undergraduate study completed while working full time.
High School Diploma, 2012.
Participated in recurring Feed My Starving Children volunteer events with Wells Fargo teams.
I’m interested in remote roles in content operations, product/ecommerce operations, SOP and knowledge documentation, and manual QA/UAT.
